Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ariya Studio Company Limited ("Ariya Studio", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in the free apps and games that we publish for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Free Apps"). It does not apply to paid products or to materially different products.

Features and third-party services vary by Free App, platform, region, version, and user choice. Not every Free App uses every feature or provider described below. The applicable store privacy information and any in-app notice should be read together with this policy.

1. Information handled by the Free Apps

Depending on the Free App and the features you use, information may include:

• Information stored on your device. This may include settings, preferences, progress, scores, achievements, selected content, feature state, and timestamps used to manage rewards or app functionality.
• Device and network information. Advertising, consent, platform, security, and diagnostic services may process an IP address, device model, operating-system version, language, region, app version, network state, and similar technical information.
• Identifiers. Depending on platform and permission, this may include an Android advertising ID, App Set ID, Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), app-instance identifier, transaction identifier, or identifiers supplied by a platform service.
• App, game, and advertising activity. This may include app launches, sessions, button taps, ad requests, impressions, video views, reward completion, crashes, hangs, performance information, and other interactions needed to provide or improve a feature.
• Platform-service information. If a Free App offers optional achievements, leaderboards, cloud services, or sign-in through Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, or a similar platform service, that provider may process the profile, player identifier, score, achievement, and service activity associated with the platform account.
• Purchase information. A Free App may offer optional in-app purchases. Apple or Google processes the payment. Ariya Studio or the Free App may receive a product identifier, transaction or purchase token, purchase status, and information needed to verify or restore the purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details from the app store.
• Support information. If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and normal message metadata that you choose to send.

Unless a particular Free App clearly states otherwise, it does not require you to create an Ariya Studio account. A platform-managed account used for services such as Game Center, Google Play Games, or an app-store purchase remains subject to the platform provider's terms and privacy policy.

2. Local storage and device backups

Information described as stored locally normally remains on your device. You can generally remove it by clearing the Free App's data, using an in-app reset option where available, or uninstalling the Free App. The exact controls differ between iOS and Android.

Your operating system, app store, or device-backup settings may preserve or restore some app data after an uninstall or when moving to another device. Those backup and restore features are controlled by Apple, Google, or your device settings.

3. Advertising and consent

Some Free Apps display advertising. Depending on the Free App and current configuration, advertising may be provided by Google Mobile Ads and may include ads from Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, or other partners selected through mediation.

Advertising and consent services may automatically collect or share an IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address, device or app identifiers, app and ad interactions, consent choices, and diagnostic information. They use this information to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent invalid traffic and fraud, apply frequency limits, diagnose problems, and comply with legal obligations.

Where required, a consent form or privacy-options entry point may be shown before or while advertising services are used. On iOS, a Free App may also ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the IDFA or engaging in tracking as defined by Apple. Refusing personalized advertising or tracking does not necessarily remove all ads; contextual or limited ads may still be shown where permitted.

4. Third-party services

A provider is relevant only when its service is included or used by the particular Free App. Third-party providers process information under their own privacy policies, retention rules, account settings, and regional requirements.

5. How information is used

Ariya Studio and applicable service providers may use information to:

• provide, operate, save, restore, and support Free App features;
• deliver advertising and confirm rewarded-ad completion;
• process, verify, and restore optional purchases;
• provide achievements, leaderboards, and other platform features;
• remember privacy choices and apply regional requirements;
• measure use, diagnose errors, maintain performance, and improve reliability;
• detect fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, and security incidents; and
• respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing

Information may be shared with the applicable providers described above when needed to operate their services. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Some privacy laws use broad definitions of "sale", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" that may include certain advertising disclosures. Where required, the Free App or its provider offers choices for that processing.

7. Your choices and rights

• Privacy and consent choices: use the privacy-options entry within the Free App where available.
• iOS tracking choice: use iOS Settings to review tracking permission for supported apps.
• Android advertising choice: use Android Settings to reset or delete the advertising ID and manage available ad-privacy controls.
• Platform accounts and purchases: use your Apple or Google account settings for platform data, subscriptions, purchases, achievements, leaderboards, and related rights.
• Local data: use the Free App's reset option where available, clear app data, or uninstall the Free App.
• Regional rights: depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about applicable personal-data processing.

To make a privacy request concerning information controlled by Ariya Studio, email support@ariyastudio.com with the subject "Privacy Request". Please identify the relevant Free App, platform, and interaction so we can locate the information. We may request reasonable verification and may retain a minimal record where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or law.

8. Retention and deletion

Local information remains on the device until it is changed or removed through the controls described above, subject to any device or platform backup. Support messages are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, protect our services, and meet legal obligations.

Apple, Google, Meta, Unity, and other applicable providers determine their own retention periods and deletion processes. Review their policies and account controls for current details. If Ariya Studio does not possess or control the requested provider data, we may direct you to the relevant provider.

9. Children

Depending on the Free App, basic features may be available without submitting a name or contact information. If a Free App offers an account or contact feature, any applicable in-app notice and store disclosure describes it. Advertising, consent, and platform-service treatment may vary based on the Free App's intended audience, platform settings, region, and applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information directly to Ariya Studio, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

10. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we control. Service providers may use encryption in transit and other safeguards described in their policies. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Ariya Studio and third-party providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to applicable legal safeguards and the providers' privacy terms.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our Free Apps, providers, legal requirements, or practices change. We will update the date at the top and make the revised policy available where this policy is provided. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated within a Free App or its store listing.
